Residential Services
In March 2009, our 30 Rochester location was completely renovated and converted into a permanent home to welcome 8 individuals with complex medical needs. The medical, social and emotional needs of these individuals are supported by a complement of dedicated, caring and compassionate staff. We have a strong belief in person-directed planning in an effort to promote and sustain the principles of community inclusion. Our service is based on individualized needs and care routines that promote and sustain a healthy quality of life.
